Project Management
Nexagen provides management of all Engineering and IT projects commencing with the process planning phases; developing and managing to a detailed work breakdown structure (WBS) for each delivery cycle and identifying and managing the associated risks. We have policies and procedures describing the activities required of all Engineering and IT projects. Our Program Managers have formal visibility into the progress of software projects via quarterly IPRs and Management Reviews. Technical Managers (TMs) have formal visibility through Technical Reviews and Monthly Product Reviews. Our Program Manager is the central point for all coordination and the single interface to the Government’s Project and Technical Leaders to coordinate cost, schedule and performance issues.
