Nexagen Networks, Inc. (Nexagen) was founded in 1997 by President Mrs. Rupal Parikh. She has 25 plus years of experience in the DoD and private industries. In addition, she has hands-on technical capabilities, coupled with strong managerial skills provides tremendous value to engineering and research organizations. Rupal has strong commercial and Government experiences in the areas of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Systems and Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Risk Management Framework (RMF), Software Assurance (SWA), Software Safety and Telecommunications. For Commercial Industries, she supported Optical Communications, Voice and Data interworking and applications support, and bandwidth management for large wireless and optical carriers. Mrs. Parikh holds a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and Master’s in Computer Science. She is an active member of IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) encouraging and guiding high school students for Engineering Discipline for their career.
Nexagen personnel have over 15 years of experience providing life cycle engineering support to Department of Defense C5ISR programs. Our staff has a diverse educational background with 11% of our employees holding Master's Degrees or higher, 59% of our employees hold Bachelor's degrees, and 30% of employees have either an Associate's Degree or Trade School Certificate. In addition, a significant number of staff hold certification credentials such as Project Management Institute's Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar certifications in specific fields.
