Rupal Parikh - President

Nexagen was founded in 1997 by President Ms. Rupal Parikh.  Ms. Parikh holds a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and Computer Science, and a Master’s in Computer Science.  She has 35 plus years of experience in the DoD and private industries. In addition, she has hands-on technical capabilities, coupled with strong managerial skills provides tremendous value to engineering and research organizations.  Ms. Parikh has strong commercial and Government experiences in the areas of Software and Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, Risk Management Framework (RMF), Software Assurance (SWA), Software Safety, Telecommunication.  While supporting Commercial Industries, she supported Voice and Data interworking and applications; and bandwidth management services to AT&T, Lucent, and Ciena Corporation. While supporting Defense flagship programs, she leads Cybersecurity, Risk Management, System/Software Engineering, and Software Safety for the customer systems.

Nexagen personnel have over 25 years of experience providing life cycle engineering support to Department of Defense C5ISR programs. Our staff has a diverse educational background with 11% of our employees holding Master's Degrees or higher, 59% of our employees hold Bachelor's degrees, and 30% of employees have either an Associate's Degree or Trade School Certificate. In addition, a significant number of staffs are complying to DoDI 8570/DoDI 8140 Cybersecurity Workforce requirements and hold certification credentials in specific technical and programmatic fields.
