Army Reprogramming Analysis Team (ARAT) Program

As a Prime, Under SSES NexGen IDIQ as a Prime, Nexagen supported ARAT Program. ARAT Systems/Program scope is to provide a rapid reprogramming infrastructure that develops, delivers, and sustains software for Electronic Warfare (EW) systems and other Electromagnetic Spectrum capabilities to support Commanders across the full range of military operations. CECOM SEC mission was to improve efficiencies and capabilities of EW Software Reprogramming by having a robust and rapid infrastructure that can be used for Joint EW and Cyber Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA). Under this contract, we provided maintained ATO decisions for both ARAT System and Lab Infrastructure at both Army Proving Ground (APG), Maryland, and Fort Rucker ARAT COOP site while conducting below duties:

• ISSM, ISSO, and Systems Administration

Ground Airborne Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (AISR) Domain Support

As a Prime, under SSES NexGen IDIQ, Nexagen provided Ground Airborne ISR Software Support which fulfilled the requirements for the Ground Airborne Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (AISR) Domain of the Software Engineering Center (SEC) Intelligence, Electronic Warfare, & Sensors Directorate (IEWS), Aerial & Terrestrial Sensors/Mission Equipment Support Division, Aerial Sensor Branch (ASB). The Nexagen team provided:

• Post Production Software Support (PPSS) / Post Deployment Software Support (PDSS) for the Distributed Common Ground System - Army (DCGS-A) Operational Intelligence Ground Station (OGS) Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET) baseline.

• Following Agile/Scrum methodology, Nexagen Team conducted Installation, integration, test, and validation support for DCGS-A common software baseline, Project Manager Sensors Aerial Intelligence (PM SAI) software baselines, DCGS-A OGS specific software at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) labs and DCGS-A OGS field sites.

• As required, the team provided Information Assurance (IA) support for the DCGS-A OGS SIPRNET baseline and APG labs that support the ACB branch, test bed and system administration support in software labs that support the ASB branch, and software acquisition support.

PM Tactical Network Sustainment Maintenance Repair GTACS System

Satellite Transportable Terminal (STT), Joint Network Node (JNN), Tactical HUB Node (TACHUB), and Unit HUB SATCOM Truck (UHST). Nexagen delivered 150+ systems with technology refresh and End-Of-Life (EOL) upgrades by integrating routing and Cyber Security architecture, implementing Virtualization and NETOPS, performing PPSS/PDSS with converged software releases. There were significant changes, such as the introduction of Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco FirePower Intrusion Prevention System, Dell 420R servers (supporting virtual stacks), FAS2240 Network Storage Devices, introduction of AD servers (virtual stack) and many other changes. We established relationships with all the vendors to include Common Hardware Software (CHS), Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD) and hardware / software vendors to meet turnaround requirement on the contract.
