Army Reprogramming Analysis Team (ARAT) Program

As a Prime, Under SSES NexGen IDIQ as a Prime, Nexagen supported ARAT Program. ARAT Systems/Program scope is to provide a rapid reprogramming infrastructure that develops, delivers, and sustains software for Electronic Warfare (EW) systems and other Electromagnetic Spectrum capabilities to support Commanders across the full range of military operations. CECOM SEC mission was to improve efficiencies and capabilities of EW Software Reprogramming by having a robust and rapid infrastructure that can be used for Joint EW and Cyber Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA). Under this contract, we provided maintained ATO decisions for both ARAT System and Lab Infrastructure at both Army Proving Ground (APG), Maryland, and Fort Rucker ARAT COOP site while conducting below duties:


  • IT/Networking

  • Cybersecurity and Risk Management Framework (RMF)

  • Continuous Monitoring

  • Incident Response and Vulnerability Management

  • ISSM, ISSO, and Systems Administration

  • Configuration Management

  • ISSM - SCCB Chairperson

  • Networking Engineering

  • Software Development

  • Post Production Software Support (PPSS), Post Deployment Software Support (PDSS)
