On March 25, 2020, Nexagen was awarded a Highly Adaptive Cybersecurity Services (HACS) Special Item Number (SIN) 132-45 / 54151HACS for all five cybersecurity sub-categories, as stated below, to support all federal agencies:

Nexagen Agile Scrum Methodology Implementation

Nexagen personnel utilize a hybrid Agile SCRUM and waterfall software development methodology to support our Army and Navy customers. We follow an Agile process that consists of Sprints based on Software Change Requests (SCR) and Software Problem Reports (SPR) with periodic Scrums held with the customers. Planned quarterly releases have a development period followed by installation into the test environment, the test readiness review, integration & testing, and then a scan for Risk Management Framework (RMF)/Assessment & Authorization (A&A) compliance. We use a repository to manage source code and artifacts, and is also used to track, maintain, and merge individual code changes into a single repository, reporting, Requirement Management, Project Management, Automation Builds, third-party software management, Lab Management, Testing, Release Management, and documentation. We create Versions and Release packages iterations monthly for QA testing before it moved up into production tests.
