Contract vehicle

Nexagen holds NASA SEWP VI awards across two service categories (enterprise-wide and mission-based), giving federal buyers a single vehicle for both.

Category awards
NASA SEWP VI
Category B

Enterprise-Wide ITC/AV Service Solutions

Contract 80TECH26D0175

Scope & Focus
Covers customized, strategic solutions that enhance and modernize an agency's overall IT, communications, and audio/visual infrastructure across the enterprise. Ancillary products (hardware/software) are permitted only to support the broader enterprise services requirement.
Nexagen Capability Fit
Directly maps to Nexagen's core business in enterprise cybersecurity, Risk Management Framework (RMF/FedRAMP), DevSecOps pipelines, and Cloud Migration/Operations (PaaS/SaaS/IaaS). It accommodates large-scale network architecture, IT Service Management (ITSM), and enterprise data engineering across civilian and defense agencies.
Appraisal & Certification Requirements
Requires both ISO 9001:2015 and CMMI credentials within 12 months post-award (contractors without active credentials enter Dormant status). Nexagen's existing CMMI Level 3 appraisal and ISO 9001:2015 certification eliminate onboarding friction and enable immediate eligibility for competitive Category B task order releases on Day 1.
Competition Mechanics
Task orders compete under FAR Part 16 fair opportunity within Category B. Orders are filtered by NAICS codes and small-business status, allowing Nexagen to leverage its socioeconomic designation (WOSB) for targeted small-business set-aside task orders.

Category C

Mission-Based ITC/AV Service Solutions

Contract 80TECH26D0042

Scope & Focus
Concentrates on customized solutions delivered at the specific program, operational, or tactical mission level rather than agency-wide. Hardware and COTS products remain strictly ancillary to the mission service requirement.
Nexagen Capability Fit
Directly matches Nexagen's primary Department of War footprint, specifically tactical C5ISR, RF/SATCOM engineering, software integration for tactical edge nodes, avionics, and electronic warfare support. This category is the vehicle path for capturing mission command software deployments, mounted/dismounted platform integration, and specialized battlefield data relay solutions.
Appraisal & Certification Requirements
Requires ISO 9001:2015 certification within 12 months post-award (CMMI is not required for Category C).
Operational Execution
Enables Nexagen to bid on localized mission engineering support directly for commands such as DEVCOM, PEO C3IN, PEO IEW&S, Air Force, and Space Force program offices seeking agile mission services.
How to order
  1. 01

    Request quotes

Use the SEWP Quote Request Tool (QRT) to request quotes from Contract Holders in the relevant category. FAR 16.505(b)(1) requires fair opportunity for orders over $10,000, and the QRT helps document it.

  2. 02

    Issue the delivery order

Your agency's procurement office issues the Delivery Order. The NASA SEWP Program Management Office (PMO) does not issue DOs; it reviews, processes, and tracks them and forwards them to the Contract Holder.

  3. 03

    Modifications

Any modification to an order also routes through the SEWP PMO.

Not sure your requirement is in scope? Send an overview or bill of materials to help@sewp.nasa.gov and the SEWP PMO will review it.
