Financial Disclosure Management System

Nexagen supports the Financial Disclosure Management (FDM) task for the Communications and Electronics Command (CECOM) Software Engineering Center (SEC). FDM is a secure means to create, review, certify, and store financial disclosure reports electronically, through an interactive, web-based system. FDM capabilities include electronic filing and storage of the Public Financial Disclosure Report and Confidential Financial Disclosure Report.​

Navy Warfare Development Command (NWDC) Technical System

Nexagen is providing Navy Warfare Development Command (NWDC) design, development, implementation, and maintenance of software applications, databases, web pages, and SharePoint portal as well as IT/Helpdesk, COMSEC, and Video Telecommunications and Audio-Visual Support. For NWDC Network infrastructure support, we develop custom solutions and assist with Administration on the Microsoft SharePoint platform. We ensure development and support are executed IAW DoD Policies and Regulations and Microsoft’s Best Practices.  We use SharePoint Designer 2010 & 2013, JavaScript, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), PowerShell, VMWare Workstation Player 12, Windows Server 2008 R2 & 2012 R2, SharePoint Server 2010 & 2013, SQL Server 2008 R2 & SQL Server 2012, Visual Studio Ultimate 2013, Office Professional Plus 2010 & 2016, Notepad++, Visual Studio Code, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Pro, Citrix, and Cisco AnyConnect.  We successfully migrated the NWDC Non-classified Internet Protocol (IP) Router Network (NIPRNET) and Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET) SharePoint 2010 environment to the DoD AWS Cloud Environment. 

CECOM SEC MCCS Life Cycle Software System

Nexagen provided Life Cycle Software Support to Communications and Electronics Command (CECOM) Software Engineering Center (SEC) Mission Command Common Software (MCCS) applications, namely C2R, CMP, DDS, BCCS, DCI, NRTS, SAM, GTCS, TS3, C2I, GTCS, RCAM, UCB, SAM, and TS2 using C++, Java, SQL, PowerShell, ASP.NET, JIRA, Apache, TomCAT, Visual Studio, Maven, Vmware and others. We led Software Change Request (SCR) and Software Problem Reports (SPR) resolutions activities and lead operation and maintenance of the Development Software Support Environment (DSSE). Nexagen led significant software testing activities for MCCS applications. We developed and assessed test cases and test plans.  Our Software testing activities included Unit Testing, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Preliminary Qualification Tests, Formal Qualification Tests, and other integration and testing required to ensure the developed software is suitable for its intended purpose.  The testing and software build were conducted on a target hardware stack.  We provided Cybersecurity, RMF, and A&A support on MCCS applications.  We conducted Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG), SRGs, and IAVA compliance, Vulnerability management, Software Assurance (SWA), and Continuous Monitoring to maintain ATO decision IAW DoDI 8510.01 (RMF), and NIST 800 Series, AR-25-2, and DoD 8500.01.
