| Nexagen will derive and/or evaluate System Security Architecture and Accreditation Boundary for the existing or new emerging systems ensuring compliance with DoD Regulations (DoDD 8500.1, DoDI 8500.2, DCID 6/3.), Standards, Best Business Practices, DoD Agencies' Regulations (ex: AR 25-2) and approved technologies to facilitate secure information processing and networking. We will consider all aspects of user authentication, access control, data confidentiality, data integrity, system availability, auditing, and identify required protection of transmission paths/sites. We will define procedures for setting up and placing authentication (e.g., for firewalls and routers), intrusion detection, firewall (e.g., filters and proxies), and encryption capabilities for Data At Rest and Data In Transit.
